How long it will take to resolve a motorcycle accident claim under Idaho law varies dramatically. The one thing you can say at least is if you’re in a motorcycle accident, you probably have serious injuries because you don’t have much protection of the car. At the outset of that, you need to at least allow yourself to get to the point of reaching a point of medical stability, which doesn’t mean that you’re cured. It only means that you’ve reached a point that you have a reasonable handle on how the injuries you have had are going to be dealt with in the future.
