rooke is a 2022 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law. She grew up in Boise and graduated from Boise High School. She earned an academic scholarship to the University of Alabama (“Roll Tide”) and graduated from ‘Bama with honors in 2019 with a double major in Marketing and Geography as well as a minor in interdisciplinary Environmental Science. While at U of I, she served as Input Editor of the Law Review. Brooke’s article, “Idaho’s Noneconomic Damage Cap on Whistleblowers: Adding Another Claim to the List of Unconstitutional Caps in Idaho,” will be published in the upcoming volume of the Idaho Law Review. During school, she served as a volunteer at the Idaho Trial Lawyers Street Law Clinic helping indigent Idahoans with legal issues and was a member of the ITLA Student Chapter and Women’s Law Caucus Student Chapter. Brooke externed for Magistrate Judge Candy Dale in the Federal District of Idaho where she obtained hands-on court experience. Throughout law school, she also had the opportunity to explore the world of employment law and construction law as she worked with leading local firms in those areas. Brooke is a true Idahoan who spends the winter snowboarding through the trees. Then when the snow melts and temperatures rise, she can be found on her mountain bike, hiking through the foothills with her dog, alongside a river flyfishing, or in one, whitewater kayaking. Brooke’s focus is plaintiff’s injury litigation and looks forward to helping right wrongs as a Boise personal injury trial lawyer. Education:
