Sally Anderson

Paralegal

S

ally Anderson was born and raised in Boise with her 6 sisters and 2 brothers, and is a proud alumni of Borah High School. She graduated from Boise State University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in  political science.  Sally put herself through school by working at a local bank.  After graduation she realized she needed a more exciting career, and landed her first legal assistant job at the firm Mauk & Burgoyne.  She worked there from 2001-2013.  As that firm wound down operations,  Sally went to work for a larger local firm Elam & Burke.  That lasted three years.   When the opportunity came to again work for a smaller plaintiffs’ side firm she made one last leap and joined Hepworth Holzer in April of 2017.    The right people, the right clients and the right side of the law, she plans to stay until retirement!

The majority of Sally’s legal experience has been cases involving employment law, personal injury and wrongful death.  She had the unique opportunity to assist a victim of the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center.   That experience that was both heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time.  Understanding that following tragic incidents the law is there to help and can be Life-Changing, makes her job incredibly satisfying.  She enjoys helping her clients through the lawsuit process and advocating for their rights.

Sally and her husband Greg live in Boise and have two adult daughters.  Sally loves all types of crafts, from making birthday cards to upcycling old furniture.  She also loves karaoke, playing Soda Crush, collecting vintage Pyrex and reading HGTV Magazine.  In the summer, you can find her camping or enjoying the sun at Cascade Lake, and in the winter she is probably doing a jigsaw puzzle in the warmth of the indoors, cheering on her Boise State Broncos!
